I have been here several times, but finally decided to write a review today. National is a casual, economical lunch house with some amazing home style North Indian food.
Ambience is average but the kind of food they serve is just extra ordinary. The best part is cost for 2 people is approximately 200Rs. Dishes worth tasting are Kadhi Pakoda, Chicken liver masala and sarsoon da saag aur makki di roti.The flavor of raw chillies stands out in the curries. Every single bite gives you feeling about the food which you eat at home.
Unique thing about this restaurant is that , you can ask for combination of 2 gravies.
Example:- You have pakoda kadhi and palak on the menu, so you can order the combination of both i.e. kadhi Pakoda Palak.
I have been a regular customer ever since i visited it first time. Being a chef i would suggest that it's worth trying if you are looking for home style food in quick time.
