INGREDIENTS:-
1.Fresh Turmeric -------------------100gms
2. White Turmeric------------------100gms
3. Garlic------------------------------50gms
4. Onion------------------------------100gms
5. Makroot Lemon------------------1 no
6. Galangal---------------------------25gms
7. Lemon Grass----------------------25gms
8. Shrimp Paste-----------------------10gms
9. Fish Sauce-------------------------As required
METHOD:-
1. Collect all the ingredients required for the Yellow Thai Curry paste.
2. Put them in a grinder & make a semi fine or fine paste.( add little water if required)
NOTE: Vegetarians can ignore shrimp paste & Fish sauce. This paste can be stored for a long time & used whenever required.
