1. Reshampati chilli/ Red Bird's eye chilli----------------100gms
2. Garlic------------------------------100gms
3. Onion------------------------------100gms
4. Makroot Lemon------------------1 no
5. Galangal---------------------------25gms
6. Lemon Grass----------------------25gms
7. Cumine Seeds---------------------2gms
8. Corriander Seeds------------------2gms
9. Shrimp Paste-----------------------10gms
METHOD:-
1. Collect all the ingredients required for the Red Thai Curry paste.
2. Put them in a grinder & make a semi fine or fine paste.( add little water if required)
NOTE: Vegetarians can ignore shrimp paste. This paste can be stored for a long time & used whenever required.
