GINGER SCALLION DIP



INGREDIENTS:

1. Red Chilli Paste----------100gms
2. Tomato Ketchup---------50gms
3. Ginger-------------------30 gms
4. Scallion------------------30gms
5. Garlic--------------------10gms
6. Salt-----------------as per taste
7. Ajinomoto----------as per taste
8. Oil-----------------------15 ml

METHOD:

1. Red chilli paste: Use Reshampatti Chilli, remove seeds. Blanch it in hot water, drain. Blend and make paste.

2. Take a sauce pan, heat oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger ( 1: 3 Ratio), sauté for 2 mins.

3. Add Red Chilli paste, cook till it leaves oil.

4. Add Tomato Ketchup, Ajinomoto and salt. Mix well.

5. Taste and finish with Chopped Spring Onion( Green Part).

6. Serve hot or at room temperature.
