FIVE SPICE TOSSED VEGETABLES





INGREDIENTS

1. Ladies Finger
2. Potato
3. Broccoli
4. Baby Corn
5. Mushroom
6. Carrot
7. Corn Flour
8. Salt
9. Ajinomoto
10. Oil
11. Chopped Chillies
12. Spring Onion
13. Garlic
14. Five Spice Powder

METHOD

1.Cut all vegetables into bite size pieces.  Blanch all the Vegetables in Lightly salty water. Drain and Keep it on side.

2. Coat all the parboiled vegetables in corn flour batter( Cornflour+water+Ajinomoto).  Make sure that it should lightly coat the vegetables.

3. Deep fry in hot oil till it turns crispy.

4. Once crisp remove and drain.

5. In a Chinese Wok heat oil , add Garlic,Onion & chopped chillies. Toss.

6. Add in fried vegetables & toss.

7. Finish with chopped spring onion and Five Spice powder.

8. Serve Hot.
